We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received, we’ll email you a gift card for the full value of your item(s), which can be used anytime online or in-store.

Returns from the United States

Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns from the United States due to complexities related to duties and cross-border processing. In many cases, having your item professionally altered is more cost-effective than returning or exchanging it, given the associated shipping and duty expenses.
