  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items, and you will be responsible for shipping costs
  • Upon receiving the items, we will issue a store credit for the full value. This credit can be used anytime on our online store or at any of our locations
  • If you would like a money-back return instead, please note we have a 10% restocking fee to account for merchant service costs



Returns from the United States

 

Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns from the United States due to complexities related to duties and cross-border processing. In many cases, having your item professionally altered is more cost-effective than returning or exchanging it, given the associated shipping and duty expenses.
